OUR BOARD OF MANAGERS

Mr. Lucas draws on his extensive engineering, financial and management experience to foster pragmatic growth in the business. As the Chairman of Hunter Paine since the company's inception, Mr. Lucas provides continuity and management discipline as well as professional contacts and experience to the company. Previously Mr. Lucas was Chairman of Lanoga Corporation, a privately held building materials retailer, and also Chairman of Laird Norton Company, a privately held holding company. Mr. Lucas holds a BEE from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MPA from Georgia State University.

Mr. Kinney brings extensive executive management experience in fueling and managing the rapid growth of business-to-business enterprises. At All-Phase Electric Supply Co., the sixth largest U.S. electrical distributor, he worked closely with line management to guide their adoption of new operations. As the founding board member of Vantage Group, a consortium of U.S. and Canadian electrical distributors, he led successful expansion efforts into China and elsewhere in Asia. Mr. Kinney holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Mr. Nagel is the former CEO of Lanoga Corporation, a privately held $3 billion lumber company spanning the Midwest and Western U.S. He has served on the Board of Directors for several business and not-for-profit organizations, including Hunter Paine, and brings a wide array of expertise and business discipline to the company. Mr. Nagel is a graduate of Harvard University's Advanced Management program and holds a BSME degree from the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Roth is a rigorous innovator and creative entrepreneur with over 20 years of professional business management experience. His dream of creating a successful company whose foundation is built upon the principles of building exceptional value while providing solutions to complex environmental issues is manifested in Hunter Paine and the Lexite™ brand. Mr. Roth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley and continues his service commitment in the United States Navy Reserve.

Mr. Winters passion is inventing transaction solutions for complex business offers. As Vice President of Sales for Hunter Paine, he uses his extensive background and network in international sales to position and sell the company's products. He has consistently driven double-digit sales growth at companies such as Cryovac (a Fortune 500 converter of flexible packaging films to the food industry), Curwood, Inc. (a converter of flexible packaging films for the food industry) and M&D Industries (an international manufacturer of aseptic packaging equipment and printing company). Prior to founding Hunter Paine, Mr. Winters was founder and President of his own import / export marketing and sales company.
